Do I even like coffee?!
Well, as stupid as this might sound, I’m not sure. I grew up in France, where the café culture is very strong, and pretty much everyone drinks coffee. I have just returned from a week of family catch-up during which I found myself drinking a lot more coffee than usual. Peer pressure. And no decent tea (I now live in England).
I am coming to the conclusion that more than wondering whether I like coffee or not, I am wondering what good coffee is. When I can find answers to this question, I might be able to decide whether I like it or not. Seems logical.
So here’s there start of my coffee journey. I will research, explore and taste coffee. From the beginning.
